Dr. Akhaya Kumar Nayak is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Indian Institute of Management Indore. He has earned his PhD from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. He has also served as a faculty member at School of Management, IIT Mandi for a year. At IIM Indore, he teaches courses such as Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility; Sustainability in Practice; Culture, Society & Organization; Sociology of Organization; Contemporary Social Issues; Consciousness and Holistic Wellbeing; and Human Values from Bhagavad Gita. His research interest lies in Business Ethics, CSR, Sustainability, Indian Knowledge System, and Gender and Society. His research papers are published in numerous international journals. He has presented his research papers at several international conferences organized in countries such as Great Britain, France, Austria, USA, Poland, Greece, Australia, Indonesia, etc.
