Dr. Sahebrao Dagdu Hiwale, presently working as Professor in the Department of Sociology (UG &PG), MSPM’s Vinayakrao Patil College Vaijapur, Dist. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Having qualified NET of UGC. I had begun my career in academic filed and worked as Sr. Lecturer in Department of Sociology, Deogiri College, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Shri Muktanand College Gangapur and R. B. Attal College Georai, Dist. Beed, Maharashtra. My areas of trust are Progressive Thoughts, Theories in Sociology, Sociology of weaker Section, Urban Study and Rural Development. I have been recognized as Post Graduate Teacher and Ph. D. Supervisor. I am life Member of Marathi Samajshastra Parishad and Indian Sociological Society. I have completed my PG in sociology with first Rank in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. I have received prestigious Prizes and Awards in the field of Sociology (Dr. M.G. Kulkarni Paritoshak. DR. V. V. Deshpande Prize, Dr. Sudhatai Kaldate Purashkar, Adharsh Vidyarthi Award and Jay Joshi Reference book Puraskar-2021) also completed PG in Rural Development with first division from IGNOU New Delhi; I have completed M. Phil. degree in first division From Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Ph. D. from same University on Public participation in Rural Development Programs-Special Reference to Aurangabad District. I have successfully completed three Minor Research Project entitled Sociological Study of Inter-caste Married Couples in Marathwada Region, funded by UGC-WRO Pune with Rs.110000/- Second Minor Research Project was under UGC- STRIDE component-I (Grant Amt. Rs.167000/-) entitled; Public participation in Rural Development Programs-Special Reference Marathwada Region and third research project was also under UGC- STRIDE component-I (Grant Amt. Rs.167000/-) as Co-investigator entitled: Health, Hygiene and Sanitation in Vaijapur Tehsil. I have presented more than 45 research papers at International, National and state level. More than 45 research Papers published in reputed National and International Journals also three books are published. Working as Executive Editor of ‘Samajshastra Sanshodhan Patrika’ of Marathi Samajshastra Parishad. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Aurangabad accepted my Ph.D. thesis for publish in book form for reference and sanctioned Rs. 12000/- as publication Assistance.
