Dr. Shyam Singh is pursuing Post Doctoral Fellow (PDF) from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi Guest. He did his Graduation from Lucknow University in 2012 and Post-Graduation (MSW) from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi in 2014. He did his M.Phil from department of Social Work, University of Lucknow in 2015 and PhD from Wardha Samaj Karya Sansthan, MGAHV, Wardha in 2020. His doctoral research was on “The problems of elderly in BPL Families and facilities for Institutional Care: A Study conducted in Lucknow City, UP”. He specializes in Community Development and Gerontological Social Work. he has 5 years teaching experience in Social work subject. He is well-known for teaching community organization and has skilled in field work practicum. He has published more than 15 research papers in well-known journals like as UGC Care Listed, Scopus Indexed and Peer Reviewed and also edited 3 books. He has participated and Paper presented in more than 30 national and international Conferences, seminars and workshops.
