Dr. Manish Tiwari is Ph.D. in Sociology from B.H.U. Varanasi, India and he has completed his post-graduation in Sociology and Management. He is formally a graduate in Commerce and additionally achieved a graduation degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from B.H.U., Varanasi. His teaching experience spans for over 14 years after his Ph.D. degree which includes his earlier rendered services at Arya Mahila Post Graduate College, B.H.U. (Varanasi, U.P.) and Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, U.P. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor Grade I in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS), National Institute of Technology Patna (NITP) His research interests include Forest Management and Rural Development, Sociology of Development, Research Methodology, Science, Society and Ethical Values. He has supervised EIGHT research scholars successfully till date and few more are continuing their research work under his supervision. He has published more than 40 articles both including national and international journals (WoS/ SCOPUS indexed & UGC care listed) and he has also got two of his reference book published and several book chapters published in hand as conference proceedings. He has presented papers in various national/ international seminars, conferences, and workshops. He has organized and convened several conferences, seminars, workshops, etc. and has been a resource person at different academic conferences & other academic programs and member expert of selection committee.
