Theodora is a PhD scholar (Sociology) in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad.
She has worked as an Academic Associate at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. She was also a Guest Faculty of Sociology at Jadavpur University and National Law University, Odisha.
She has completed her B. Ed in History from Loreto College, Kolkata (2021), Masters in Sociology from Jadavpur University (2019) and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology honours from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata (2017). She has also qualified UGC-NET (Sociology) in December 2019 and GATE (Sociology) in 2023.
Her research interests are gender and sexuality, sociology of law, and qualitative research.
