His career includes roles as assistant professor and project fellow at respected Indian institutions, reflecting his commitment to both teaching and research excellence. Dr. Ranjan’s publication record features studies on groundwater quality, arsenic contamination, and the impacts of coal-fired power plants, contributions presented at leading national and international conferences. His current research engages deeply with the spatial and social dynamics of energy transition and environmental justice, employing mixed-methods and geospatial approaches to address urgent challenges of water governance in coal-dependent regions.
