He has made significant contributions to academia as an Editorial Board Member of a UGC-CARE- listed journal and as a Reviewer for a Scopus- indexed journal. With over thirty research papers published in reputed journals, his expertise spans Research Methodology and Publication, Rural Sociology, Social Problems, and Women Studies. He is also a prolific author, having written thirteen books in the domains of Research Methodology and Social Problems. Dr. Rajadurai has presented fifty-five research papers at various national and international conferences. He has served as a Resource Person in thirty academic conferences at both national and international levels. In addition, he has successfully organized numerous national and international seminars and faculty development programmes in the areas of research and publication. Beyond academia, he is actively involved in social initiatives and currently serves as the State Auction Officer for the Human Rights Literacy Mission, Delhi.
