I am a Social Scientist affiliated with the International Sociological Association, focusing on the intersections of society, culture and social change.
A social scientist affiliated with the International Sociological Association, I am deeply engaged in exploring the intersections of society, culture and change. My academic foundations are from the School of Social Sciences at Jawaharlal Nehru University.
Based in Assam, I actively engage in fostering sociological writing in regional Hindi languages and in buiding research capacity among young scholars, by actvely connecting with national and international networks of fellow researchers and educators. Through these partnerships, we are able to foster richer interdisciplinary dialogue and create policy-relevant research in the social sciences.
