I am a Professor of Sociology with over 25 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. I have served at Adigrat and Mekelle Universities in Ethiopia and at IIMT College of Engineering and Management, India. My teaching spans sociology, agriculture, management, medical science, engineering, and development studies at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I have led research and development projects on sexual and reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, Kalazar, family planning, and higher education across India and Sub-Saharan Africa, including roles at BHU, NAPHAM (Malawi), and the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
