He is a PhD research scholar at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur, with a primary focus on gerontology and public policy. His academic interests are center on the intersection of ageing studies and public welfare, where he analyzes the social implications of demographic transformation in India. His current research focuses on policy frameworks and innovative strategies for elderly care, with a particular emphasis on how social security schemes benefit the elderly by providing financial stability, access to healthcare, and social protection. However, he also investigates barriers such as limited awareness, bureaucratic hurdles, and exclusion errors that often prevent older adults from fully accessing these schemes, highlighting the need for more inclusive and efficient policy implementation.

He is Aziz from Malda district in West Bengal. He is currently pursuing his PhD at VNIT, Nagpur, with a research focus on gerontology and the assessment of social security schemes for the elderly. He completed his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Master of Arts in Sociology from Aligarh Muslim University in 2021 and 2023, respectively, earning first-class distinctions in both degrees. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali, which enables him to engage effectively in diverse academic and social environments.
