Dr. Sourav Ghosh is a distinguished educator and scholar with over 17 years of teaching experience in the field of Sociology. As a State Aided College Teacher (SACT) at Tarakeswar Degree College, West Bengal, he has been committed to shaping the academic journeys of university undergraduates and postgraduates since 2007.  Dr. Ghosh holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from The University of Burdwan, complemented by an M.Phil. and M.A. in the discipline. He actively serves as an approved counsellor for both Netaji Subhas Open University and IGNOU, guiding students through their academic challenges and serving as a mentor throughout their academic progression.  A prolific author, Dr. Ghosh has published several books and numerous research articles, with a focus on tribal studies, social change, education systems, and Indian society. His research is recognized for its depth and relevance, and his academic leadership ensures students receive cutting-edge and compassionate instruction.
